Shipping information
Eat the Ball® currently offers shipping within Austria and Germany from a minimum order value of € 20 (excluding shipping costs).
Your order will be delivered to you by our logistics partner GO! Express. Orders placed by 3 p.m. on Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) are usually handed over to GO! on the same day. GO! will inform you of the shipping process by e-mail after receiving your order. After you have received the e-mail, you can expect your order to arrive at your delivery address the next day by 10 a.m. (in metropolitan areas) or 12 noon (all areas). For further information about a shipment, please use the tracking URL in GO!. E-mail.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. on or after Thursday are handed over to GO! on the following Monday (working day).

Delivery & handling
GO! will let you know the expected delivery date. Eat the Ball® products are delivered fresh to your home. You or a member of your team (family, friend, neighbor, coworker, etc.) will therefore need to be present - particularly important on the first delivery attempt by GO!. This is the only way for us to guarantee the perfect taste of Eat the Ball® products.
Enjoy your Eat the Ball® as soon as you receive them, or put them straight in the freezer at -18°C.
